Aromatherapy Tips for the New Year!

Happy New Year! Welcome to Blue Door Therapies’ official blog. In addition to many other things, I’m an Independent Wellness Advocate for doTerra essential oils and have been using their oils for years. Both personally and in my massage practice. Aromatherapy has a myriad of functions and uses. If you’re new to aromatherapy you might want to start off small with 2-3 oils and then slowly build your collection. Some of the more popular beginning oils are: lemon, lavender and rosemary. When using a diffuser, it’s best to add water first then add your oils and breathe. I thought I’d share with you some oils to try during the winter season. Enjoy!
